Graduate Profile

Graduates of our program are now well-prepared about oral health, and they’re committed to serving with kindness and integrity. They work seamlessly with healthcare teams to promote better oral and overall health. Their core skills include clinical therapy, using the ADPIE framework (Assess, Diagnose, Plan, Implement, Evaluate) to care for diverse populations in both English and Chinese. They embrace evidence-based practices by thinking critically, researching, and analyzing data to make informed decisions across different settings. Our graduates are passionate about health promotion and education, advocating strongly for oral health and aiming to reduce disparities.

They uphold professionalism and ethics by following legal, regulatory, and ethical standards and are dedicated to ongoing learning. With excellent communication and teamwork skills, they build trust with patients and collaborate successfully with healthcare colleagues. They are also capable of managing practice tasks like infection control, digital documentation, and administrative responsibilities.

Focusing always on the patient, they deliver caring, personalized services. Their critical thinking helps them analyze situations and solve problems quickly in fast-paced clinical environments. Moreover, they’re skilled in dental radiography, management software, and other digital tools, making them versatile and effective professionals.
